Westward Heights took part in a one-year culture change project (4/22-3/23). Using the Artifacts of Culture Change 2.0, they implemented the following culture change practices:
1) honoring sleep / natural awakening. 2) open dining. 3) personalized medication pass times, 4) preferences for a good night’s sleep.
Amazing outcomess for the people who work there: IMPROVED STAFF RETENTION, DECREASED USE OF OVERTIME, MORE ORGANIZED, NO MORE NEED FOR BONUSES.
